Every blend of La Reserva de Tierra range contains coffees from territories and communities involved in social responsibility projects, promoted and managed by Lavazza Foundation. This sustainability project's objective is the improvement of coffee quality and, thanks to the collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance, the development of social and living conditions and economic growth of coffee farming communities, respecting the environment. Today more than 97,000 coffee growers are involved across 17 countries in 3 continents.
Alteco is roasted with a method which combines low and medium temperatures with longer timescales, roasting the beans homogeneously and generating the perfect mix of aroma, taste and body.
