At Discount Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. If your order is incorrect or damaged, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your coffee or supplies are unopened and in their original packaging, as food safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns on opened perishables.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure fast processing.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
